Prices without Breakfast and cash payment. Cleaning once a week.
Arrival and departure
Arrival time is from 1 to 6 pm – arrangements can be made for later arrival.
Saturday, Sundays and holidays we ask you to arrive by 2 pm, or to make arrangement with
Mr./Mrs. Haas since the restaurant closes and the reception is not always occupied.
The room must be cleared by 11 am the day of departure.
Cancellation
Cancellation Policy for single travellers
2 month before arrival date - no cancellation fee
1 month until 1 week before arrival date – 40% of the total agreed price
One week until 48 hours before arrival date – 70% of the total agreed price
After that 90% of the agreed price
By cancellation of more than 2 rooms the cancellation terms of the
Austrian Hotel Agreement is applied:
1 month until 1 week before arrival date – 70% and after that 90% of the total price
